Sending an enquiry

When you send the contact form, Mevanti Energy receives the name, contact details, location, solution interest and project information you provide. The website sends this information securely to info@mevantienergy.com so our team can respond and discuss the requested services.

We use basic security controls, including submission limits and automated spam checks. Avoid sending passwords, payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information through the form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and related correspondence are kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active project, meet legal obligations and maintain appropriate business records.

External services

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure and uses Microsoft 365 to deliver enquiry emails. The staff portal is a separate service with its own sign-in. Those services process information under Mevanti Energy’s account settings and their applicable service terms.
